The must have winter essential in every shoe conossieurs treasure trove is the so called 'Black Ballet Flats'.
Comfy as they may be, the ballet flats have to my absolute disdain, become the fashion staple for winter. Almost like a snake shedding it's skin, the 'black flat' is the new 'thong/sandal'.
I personally favour heeled pumps, but if you must slap on a flat, then at least make it eye candy.
